Terms of Service

  • By commissioning my digital artwork, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    GENERAL TERMS

  • The Artist reserves the right to refuse any project at their discretion.

  • Commission prices are for personal use only. Commercial use (printing, advertising, merchandise, etc.) requires prior discussion and adjusted pricing.

  • The Artist retains full rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed.

  • If you do not want the artwork shared in the Artist’s portfolio, please indicate this in the request form.

  • Additional charges may apply for complex designs.

  • The Artist works in their own style—please consider this before commissioning.

    Do NOT:

  • Edit the artwork without permission.

  • Trace, resell, or use the artwork for AI training.

  • Credit the Artist when using the artwork.


    FILE DELIVERY & FORMAT

  • Final artwork will be delivered via email in high-resolution digital format (PNG).

  • Transparent background versions available upon request.

  • PSD/source files are not included unless specified otherwise.

    PAYMENTS

  • Payment Method: Processed via platform.

  • Payment Type: One-time, upfront payment upon order placement.

  • Work begins only after full payment is received.

    USAGE RIGHTS

    Allowed Uses:

  • Personal use (profile pictures, wallpapers, etc.).

  • Streaming & content creation (with credit).

    Prohibited Uses:

  • Commercial use (merchandise, advertising, etc.) without prior permission.

  • Selling, redistributing, or minting as NFTs—strictly forbidden.

  • AI training/data scraping—not permitted under any circumstances.

    REVISIONS & APPROVALS

    Sketch Phase:

  • Client receives a sketch for approval before finalizing.

  • Revisions: Up to 5 sketch adjustments + 1 modification for the final piece.

  • Major changes may incur additional fees.

    After Final Art:

  • Minor color adjustments are free (if reference-based).

  • No structural changes after lineart is finalized.

    DEADLINES & DELIVERY

  • Standard turnaround: ~2 weeks (may extend to 14–28 days depending on workload).

  • Priority Rush Service: Available for +50% fee (minimum).

  • Deadlines must be communicated upfront in the request form.

  • Larger projects may require extended timelines (to be discussed).

    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP) RIGHTS

    Artist retains copyright and may:

  • Display the artwork in portfolios and social media (unless opted out).

  • Repurpose unused drafts for future projects.

  • Commercial licenses require negotiation and extra fees.

    Client may NOT:

  • Resell/reuse the artwork for other commissions.

  • Claim ownership of the original design.

    REFUND POLICY

    Refunds are only issued if:

  • The Artist has not started the artwork within 2 weeks.

  • The Artist cannot complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • No refunds after work begins.

  • The Artist reserves the right to cancel commissions if the client violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.

    COMMUNICATION

  • Primary contact: Plataform messages.

  • Secondary contact: [email protected].

    Response times:

  • Active Weekdays, 8AM–5PM (GMT-3).

  • Breaks on Sundays.

  • Delays may occur due to timezone differences.

    ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

  • By commissioning, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. Amendments require written consent from both parties.
